Bruce Springsteen - Tougher than the rest (clica per veure la lletra)

Well it's Saturday night
You're all dressed up in blue
I been watching you awhile
Maybe you been watching me too
So somebody ran out
Left somebody's heart in a mess
Well if you're looking for love
Honey I'm tougher than the rest

Some girls they want a handsome Dan
Or some good-lookin' Joe, on their arm
Some girls like a sweet-talkin' Romeo
Well 'round here baby
I learned you get what you can get
So if you're rough enough for love
Honey I'm tougher than the rest

The road is dark
And it's a thin thin line

But I want you to know I'll walk it for you any time
Maybe your other boyfriends
Couldn't pass the test
Well if you're rough and ready for love
Honey I'm tougher than the rest

Well it ain't no secret
I've been around a time or two
Well I don't know baby maybe you've been around too
Well there's another dance
All you gotta do is say yes
And if you're rough and ready for love
Honey I'm tougher than the rest
If you're rough enough for lovejavascript:void(0)
Baby I'm tougher than the rest

Caro Emerald - Back it up

Per fi una recomanació del Rayuela!!!

Caro Emerald - Back it up (clica per veure la lletra)

I can't stop shaking
The room has a groove and the floor
It's almost earthquaking
Uhuh

Look what we're making
History out on the floor
And it's just awaking
Uhuh

refrain2:
So get that needle in the core
Scratch that back and gimme more
You know exactly what I came here for
Back it up and do it again

refrain:
From the middle to the top to the end
Ba du da dun doday
Ba du da dun doday
Back to the middle to the front to the end
Za du da dun doday
Everybody ba dun doday
I don't care if he's a friend
From the front to the middle to the back to the end

I wanna
Back, back, back, back it up
Back it up and do it again

Gimme some of that funky
The kind that the Duke used to play
And make it more swingy
Heyhey

And then give me some hornay
You know the bub-pu-pa bub-pu-pa-bay
Come on, give it to me
Hmmm hmmm

Slam that bass and make it sing
Give those strings that rip 'n zing
You know exactly what I came here for
Back it up and do it again

Once there was this kid who

Got into an accident and couldn't come to school

But when he finally came back

His hair had turned from black into bright white

He said that it was from when

The cars had smashed so hard

Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm

Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm

Once there was this girl who

Wouldn't go and change with the girls in the change room

But when they finally made her

They saw birthmarks all over her body

She couldn't quite explain it

They'd always just been there

Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm

Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm

But both girl and boy were glad

'Cause one kid had it worse than that

'Cause then there was this boy whose

Parents made him come directly home right after school

And when they went to their church

They shook and lurched all over the church floor

He couldn't quite explain it

They'd always just gone there

Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm

N'estic fart,

no té camins ni té senyals;el mar és un desert d´onades,una lluita sorda i constant;

a quien no dejan escucharme,
a quien ya nunca me escuchó,
al que en su cotidiana lucha
me da razones para amarle,
a aquel que nadie le cantó.

Damien Rice - The blower's daughter

Damien Rice - The blower's daughter (clica per veure la lletra)

And so it is
Just like you said it would be
Life goes easy on me
Most of the time
And so it is
The shorter story
No love, no glory
No hero in her sky

I can't take my eyes off of you
I can't take my eyes off you
I can't take my eyes off of you
I can't take my eyes off you
I can't take my eyes off you
I can't take my eyes...

And so it is
Just like you said it should be
We'll both forget the breeze
Most of the time
And so it is
The colder water
The blower's daughter
The pupil in denial

I can't take my eyes off of you
I can't take my eyes off you
I can't take my eyes off of you
I can't take my eyes off you
I can't take my eyes off you
I can't take my eyes...

Did I say that I loathe you?
Did I say that I want to
Leave it all behind?

I can't take my mind off of you
I can't take my mind off you
I can't take my mind off of you
I can't take my mind off you
I can't take my mind off you
I can't take my mind...
My mind...my mind...

Mark Knopfler - What it is

Mark Knopfler - What it is (clica per veure la lletra)

The drinking dens are spilling out
There's staggering in the square
There's lads and lasses falling about
And a crackling in the air
Down around the dungeon doors
The shelters and the queues
Everybody's looking for
Somebody's arms to fall into

That's what it is
It's what it is now

There's frost on the graves and the monuments
But the taverns are warm in town
People curse the government
And shovel hot food down
Lights are out in the city hall
The castle and the keep
The moon shines down upon it all
The legless and asleep

And it's cold on the tollgate
With the wagons creeping through
Cold on the tollgate
God knows what I could do with you

That's what it is
It's what it is now

The garrison sleeps in the citadel
With the ghosts and the ancient stones
High on the parapet
A Scottish piper stands alone
And high on the wind
The highland drums begin to roll
And something from the past just comes
And stares into my soul

And it's cold on the tollgate
and THE DRUMS BEAT THEIR TATOO
Cold on the tollgate
God knows what I could do with you

That's what it is
It's what it is now
What it is
It's what it is now

There's a chink of light, there's a burning wick
There's a lantern in the tower
Wee Willie Winkie with a candlestick
Still writing songs in the wee wee hours
On Charlotte Street I take
A WALKING stick for my hotel
The ghost of Dirty Dick
Is still in search of Little Nell

That's what it is
It's what it is now
It's what it is
What it is now…

Got to get back to my baby again
Lonely days are gone, I'm a-goin' home
'Cause my baby just wrote me a letter

Well, she wrote me a letter
Said she couldn't live without me no more
Listen, mister, can't you see I got to get back
To my baby once more?

My heart's in overdrive and you're behind the steering wheel

Touching you, touching me

Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh!

I wanna kiss you every minute, every hour, every day
You got me in a spin but everythin' is A.OK!

Touching you, touching me
touching you, god you're touching me

I believe in a thing called love
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh! Guitar!

Touching you, touching me

Pedro Guerra - Lara

a pesar suyo descubriendo
que crecer es ir perdiendo
las ventajas que nos daba la niñez

Lara está creciendo
a pesar nuestro sorprendiendo
por lo rápido que pasa el tiempo
y en el horizonte la vejez

Lara atravesando el túnel de la confusión
Lara que no sabe lo que es bueno y lo que no

Lara pretendiendo

Feli Ventura i Lluís Llach - Que no s'apague la llum

moltes felicitats i a continuar canviant el món.

I vivim, vivim, vivim somiant

I vivim, vivim, vivim somiant

I Vivim, vivim, vivim somniant
empeny fins que algun dia siga realitat.

Enrique Morente - Manhattan

ahora vengo a desquitarme
primero conquistaremos Manhattan
después conquistaremos Berlin
Me guía una señal en los cielos
me guía esta marca de mi piel
me guía la belleza en nuestras armas
primero conquistaremos Manhattan
después conquistaremos Berlin
Quisiera estar siempre contigo
me gusta tu cuerpo, tu espíritu, tu ropa
y no me sabes tu comprender
¿Cuántas veces recé para volver a empezar?
primero conquistaremos Manhattan
primero conquistaremos Manhattan
después conquistaremos Berlin.

The cat empire - The wine song

The cat empire - The wine song (clica per veure la lletra)

Song and melodies change and change
And sway
But they still stay the same
The songs that we sung when the dark days come
Are the songs that we sung when we chased them away
If I ever found a pot of gold
I'd buy bottles untold of the nectar of the vines
I'm going to die with a twinkle in my eye
'cause I sung songs spun stories loved laughed and drank wine

Tomorrow is another day
The cats are out to play, to play
That old rusty spaceship wants to sail
Into the milky way again
On a river of red red wine

Run...
(let's have some)
Fun...
(we'll)
Drink...
(a toast to the)
Sun...

In summer the bushfires rage and rage
And rage
On such beautiful days
And we fight them with water that runs through the cracks
Water we're desperately trying to save
So I'll just live on wine and water my vines
And sleep on the wind with the fires right behind
And sing on the beaches and dance through the night
Oh we'll cry 'pass the wine, pass the wine, pass the wine'

Run...
(let's have some)
Fun...
(we'll)
Drink...
(a toast to the)
Sun...

Oh what a beautiful day today!
Today's a day to celebrate
Grab your bucket, grab your spade
We're heading down to Half Moon Bay
I saw a plane go into a cloud
I'm drunk I'm happy I'm singing and loud
Two o'clock in the arvo, but hey that's allowed...
I'm having a good time and of that I am proud

Brilla noctiluca,
Un punto en el mar oscuro,
Dónde la luz se acurruca.

Ovidi Montllor - La fera ferotge

i no surten de casa
fins que torne el "bon temps".
Tot el que tinga cotxe
que fota el camp corrent,
i se'n vaja a la platja,
a la torre o als hotels.
L'Alcalde s'encarrega,
fent ús dels seus poders,
de la fera ferotge
deixar-la sense dents.
El que això no acompleixca
que no es queixe després
si per culpa la fera
ell rep algun torment.
Jo que no tinc ni casa,
ni cotxe, ni un carret
em vaig trobar aquell dia
la fera en el carrer.
Tremolant i mig mort:
-Ai Déu, redéu, la fera!
I en veure'm tan fotut
em va dir molt planera:
-Xicot, per què tremoles?
Jo no te'n menjaré.
-I doncs, per què t'escapes
del lloc que tens marcat?
-Vull parlar amb l'Alcalde
i dir-li que tinc fam,
que la gàbia és petita,
jo necessite espai.
Els guàrdies que la veuen
la volen atacar,
la fera es defensa,
no la deixen parlar.
Com són molts i ella és sola,
no pot i me l'estoven.
I emprenyats per la feina,
a la gàbia me la tornen.
Per ordre de l'Alcalde
es fa saber tothom
que la fera ferotge
ja no ens treurà la son.
I gràcies a la força
no ha passat res de nou,
tot és normal i "maco"
i el poble resta en pau.
